All products from Da Klinic are sent via Australia Post or Courier Service. Once packages have been dispatched customers are issued with a tracking number and link for tracking. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking numbers to be uploaded into the Australia Post system.
All domestic purchases over $50 qualify for FREE POSTAGE.
Da Klinic Online send international via Australia Post or Courier Services. Once packages have been dispatched customers are issued with a tracking number and link for tracking. Customers are required to pay all Customs Duties, GST/VAT and Clearance Fees on arrival of their order.
For all returns we require original receipts of purchase and the items must be in original condition. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase. To return a product please contact us on (08) 82120028. A Product Return Form will be issued to assist us in processing your order and providing a refund or replacement.
If a customer selects the wrong size we are happy to provide the correct size. The customer will be required to pay for postage of the product back to us, as well as the postage back to them of the alternate size. Products may be returned in store to avoid postage fees. If the replacement product is not available we will provide a full refund.
Defective Products or Misrepresentation
If the product you receive is defective we will happily replace the product for the correct product or for an un-defective product. Simply post back the original product and a replacement will be sent out. Da Klinic will bear all costs of the return and postage of the defective product. All claims for postage re-imbursement will require a postage receipt.
Online transactions are currently processed via Shopify Payments, Paypal, Afterpay of Bank Deposit. All pricing shown is in Australian Dollars.
