Australia-Wide Delivery

Da Klinic ships Australia-wide using Australia Post and selected courier services.

Orders may be dispatched from our Adelaide store or directly from one of our distribution partners, depending on product availability and your delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its progress. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, our customer service team will contact you with an update and expected delivery timeframe.

Free Shipping Over $99

All eligible Australian orders valued at $99 or more qualify for FREE standard delivery.

Some bulky or dangerous goods are excluded from our free-shipping offer due to additional freight and handling charges.

This includes products such as:

Bulky Items
Aerosols
Electric skateboards
Other products classified as dangerous goods by freight carriers

Where additional freight charges apply, these will be shown at checkout or we will contact you before your order is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to register with Australia Post or the relevant courier.

If your tracking has not updated after this time or you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact the Da Klinic team and we'll be happy to help.

International Delivery

Da Klinic ships selected products internationally using Australia Post.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs charges, brokerage fees or other local taxes when they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost paid to Da Klinic and are the responsibility of the customer.
