For all returns we require original receipts of purchase and the items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the original purchase in the form of store credit. To return a product please contact us on (08) 82120028 or via email using the contact form. A Product Return Form will then be issued to you to assist us in expediting your return for either an exchange or store credit.
If a customer selects the wrong size we are happy to provide the correct size. The customer will be required to pay for postage of the product back to us, as well as the postage back to them of the alternate size. Products may be returned in store to avoid postage fees. If the replacement product is not available we will provide a full refund.
Defective Products or Misrepresentation
If the product you receive is defective we will happily replace the product for the correct product or for an un-defective product. Simply post back the original product and a replacement will be sent out. Da Klinic will bear all costs of the return and postage of the defective product. All claims for postage re-imbursement will require a postage receipt.
We will not provide a refund if:
- No proof of purchase is offered.
- The customer simply changes their mind.
- The goods have been damaged by the customer
- The goods have been used.
