Refund policy

For all returns we require original receipts of purchase and the items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase. To return a product please contact us on (08) 82120028 or via email using the contact form.

Pricing Errors
While we make every effort to ensure all prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, system error, or other mistake, Da Klinic reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product, even if payment has been processed. In such circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund of any amount paid. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time without prior notice.
